House Rules

😺 Feel free to pet and play with our resident cats but please don’t wake sleeping cats.  Please do not pick them up, trap them or chase them.  If they want to sit on you that is purrfectly fine.  This is their home and they need to feel safe and be able to move around freely.  

 

😺 Please do not feed the cats.  They may tell you they are hungry but they are fed twice a day with wet food and have a constant supply of dry food at all times.  Some of our cats may be on custom diets.

 

😺 Please do take lots of photos of our cats but please turn off your flash.

 

😺 Children under the age of 7 are not permitted in the cafe.  This is to protect the safety of our cats and guests.  Children 8- 13 must be accompanied by an adult.  We also have a 1 adult to 2 children ratio.

 

Bookings arriving with under-age group members will not be able to enter the cafe, and the booking would be non-refundable. This policy is non-negotiable.
